Luxurious stay with amazing staff
colonial architecture multiple pools friendly staff
The rooms had such attention to detail (especially the colonial-inspired architecture). I enjoyed the four pools on the hotel. The staff was friendly. They also extended our check-out time, and I found this greatly appreciated.

the resort grounds featured beautiful lush gardens (i loved all the exotic plants!). there were multiple pools available to guests. the breakfast provided a fantastic start to the day with a great selection.
the reception staff sometimes seemed not fully informed. i found them occasionally unfriendly. the lighting in the room was quite dim and it required lights on even during the day. this made it a bit gloomy after a few days.

The complimentary bicycles were fantastic! i used them to explore the surrounding area. the restaurant staff were hospitable and attentive. i especially appreciated the four pools. They provided ample room for all guests.
The lighting in my room was somewhat dim. I needed to keep the lights on even during the day.

varied breakfast ample loungers limited equipment weak wifi
the breakfast was varied. i could choose between asian and western options (the pho was particularly good!). the pools were clean and well-kept. there were always enough loungers available.
the gym equipment was limited. it had only one treadmill and a few free weights. sometimes the wifi signal was weak in my room. it made it difficult to stream videos.

Really good Stay, A Grateful Guest's Perspective
varied options prompt service ample space convenient rental
The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety , with options to satisfy every palate. The staff were great too address my requests promptly. The multiple pools provided ample space for relaxation without feeling crowded. The complimentary bicycle rental made exploring the surrounding areas convenient and enjoyable.
The pathway to the Shore Club had some uneven pavement , which required a bit of extra attention when walking.

The staff members were consistently attentive and helpful , providing assistance with directions , tour bookings , and transportation arrangements with genuine smiles , and their recommendations proved invaluable for exploring the area.
